Description
As with using any new product, always test on small area first. If no irritation occurs, continue. For insomnia, rub a thin layer onto chest, forearms, and or throat. For restless limbs, rub a thin layer over the affected area before bed. For sever restlessness, apply 2-4hours before sleep, and again just prior to sleep.
